RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Refunds are only provided if the requested exchange size is not in stock.

Exchanges:

• We accept size exchanges only within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Exchanges for a different color or product are not permitted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product defect or order error.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Email info@shopkapes with your order number and the new size requested.

2. We will provide you with exchange instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your new size will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

4. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer a different item or a refund.


Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items.

• Items without original tags and packaging.

• Final sale or promotional items.
